Observation Lessons
The English Inspectorate launched an initiative designed to share best practices in an effort to support and strengthen the professional development of English language teachers through observation lessons. Teachers across Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaka, Famagusta and Paphos were given the opportunity to observe colleagues teaching in class, whilst engaging in structured reflection and meaningful dialogue to enhance instructional practice. This initiative promoted collaboration, encouraged innovative teaching approaches, and supported inclusive strategies that enhance student engagement and autonomous learning.
